We are open again for Sunday worship together at 10.30 am and 6.30pm in the church. Social distancing measures are in place. Please join us or watch the Sunday morning service live online in the videolink below.
How can we best serve our local community in the way that the church and halls are used?
We are asking people in our local community to add their views so we can draw up our Mission Action Plan – click here to fill in a very short questionnaire.

You can find all our services on our YouTube Channel – St Michael & All Angels Blackheath
St Michael’s is a warm and open community, so if you’re new and would like to know about the church’s activities do join our weekly email list by emailing Marion our administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org , or email Sandy our vicar or Timmy our curate directly (details below).
Home Groups, Youth Activities, Children’s Choir and more, including Church Socials, all continue online.
In Home Groups we’re looking at The Generosity Project, a six-week programme of Bible studies to help us learn, pray and work together to become the big-hearted people God calls us to be.
We are a Church of England Church in Blackheath, with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds. In all our services we aim to worship God through Jesus Christ and learn from the Bible together, because we believe it is the primary way in which God helps and guides us in our lives. There is a warmth and friendliness about the people of St Michael’s that often makes visitors want to stay and become part of things.
In normal circumstances, our principal service is at 10.30 am on a Sunday morning. There is a crèche for the under-3s and different groups for 3-6s, 7-11s and 11 -14s. Evening services at 6.30pm are smaller. Once a month there is a communion service according to the Book of Common Prayer at 9am. We have a number of home groups and a wide variety of different social events which draw our church community together.
